At the Batić Law Firm, law is a family tradition. Dr Vladan Batić, a former Minister of Justice, lawmaker and reformer, a fighter for democracy and the rule of law, a brilliant lawyer and above all good person, founded the firm in 1984.

After his death, the Firm was taken over by his daughter, lawyer Olgica Batić, who carried on family tradition both in politics and in advocacy, maintaining the traditional and family values in serving to one of the oldest and most respected professions, a quality which is rare to find today.

Batić Law Firm represents national and international clients. Our team has a wealth of experience and expertise in all areas of law, both in criminal and civil proceedings but also in the field of commercial law, representation of corporations and companies.

Olgica Batić
Olgica Batić
Olgica Batić was born on December 7, 1981 in Belgrade. She attended elementary and secondary school in Obrenovac and high school in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. After graduation, Olgica joined the legal team of Christian Democratic Party of Serbia (DHSS), founded by her father Dr. Vladan Batić, then president of the DHSS. As a president of the Christian Democratic Party and an MP in the National Assembly, she took on prominent political roles but also the legislative roles.

Aleksandar Đorđević
Aleksandar Đorđević was born on May 11, 1989 in Smederevo. He attended high school in Smederevo and the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, where he graduated in 2013. During and after his studies, he gained practical experience in the consulting companies and top law firms in Belgrade, as well as in the family law firm in Smederevo. He is a member of The Bar Association of Belgrade. Aleksandar follows family tradition of lawyers. As a trainee, he was engaged in a number of criminal and civil proceedings.

Vladan Batić was born on 27 July 1949 in Obrenovac, where he finished elementary and high school. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 1977. In 1981, Vladan obtained his doctoral degree with the thesis entitled "Free Customs Zones from the Point of View of International Public Law" at the Department of International Public Law, after which he got a scholarship to study in Germany.
